My wife and I went today, and Islands of Adventure was very busy. For those without small kids, the HP ride has a single rider line that can save a lot of time. The regular wait was posted as 45min, as singles we were on the ride less than 5 minutes from when we entered the main entrance to the ride.

That could be why it was so busy during what should be a very quiet time of year.
Needless to say, we always arrive AFTER NJ week (and are asked why we weren't there last week) and generally have the parks to ourselves (that's a relative term)
