Are those deposits posted as a cash withdrawal, or a merchandise purchase? I don't believe cash withdrawals will go towards the spending requirements, but I could be wrong.

These companies allow you to made fee free deposits via credit cards and Paypal. Most also allow fee-free withdrawals to bank accounts or PayPal accounts.
Is anyone actively depositing/withdrawing from a Forex account to meet spending requirements/get miles?
