I have my US and European address listed on my BA profile. The US address is quite clearly indicated as my residential address. The European address is indicated as my business address (a valid statement), and designated by me as my main address for BA purposes. The only phone number i have listed is my US mobile. BA mail including the annual Gold card comes to the business address, where i receive it (eventually.) No problems in at least 7 years of this transatlantic structure- other than the known inability to avail myself of BA US promos (inc the Chase credit card), and the odd ex US BA flight pricing in euros on BA.com.

Also actually now that I think about it there was a 1-2 year period when I had designated my US address as primary, and was able to move to and fro in the course of an 18 month period with no issues.
