18 hours fog delay at MCT. Hotels arranged, food credit advised, taxis arranged both ways and a case of wine sent to say sorry.

5 hour technical delay at DXB (outbound delayed at LHR). Called by BA, advised of new departure time. No food or drink offered or asked for.
