Does anyone have any thoughts on the SAS programme? It appeals to me because Amex membership rewards points can be transferred as destination miles. And 45,000 miles for Gold isn't too steep.

One thing I can't tell is whether there are multipliers on TATL flights for different fare classes. All they seem to specificy is minimums:
