UPDATE
THE STRIKE, WHICH AFFECTED TLV, HAS ENDED. IT ENDED AT 10:00AM FOLLOWING A COURT RULING, AND THE LABOR UNION AND FINANCE MINISTRY ARE IN COURT-SUPERVISED TALKS UNTIL AT LEAST THURSDAY, 12:00PM.

All operations in Israel, including the airports, seaports, public transportation, government offices, banks... are up and running on a normal schedule.
