Just checked, no Colombians or Peruvians allowed. What is the point in that given that the only logical way in or out is via Chile or Argentina where there is no visa requirement.

OK I understand their dislike for Peruvians because they supplied military spares to Argentina during the conflict and haven't apologised yet, but what did the Colombians ever do?
