I had this same issue a couple months ago. Names, prefixes, everything was the same.

However--- I finally realized that I had switched my first and last name on my FlyingBlue account (i.e. last name was in the box where the first name goes, and vice versa). I emailed FB and they switched things around and presto, my status magically showed up on my DL reservations.
