I hope this helps. The caviar is, I believe, an Italian farm raised sturgeon. Quite delicious but it is offered with a cheaper American Smirnoff frozen vodka. A Russian or Polish potato vodka would be a better complement, IMHO. But, we're splitting hairs. The service and offerings are superior to whatever else is offered in the air today. You will not be disappointed by LH F. It is, IMHO, the best.
