It is an extremly exclusive flight. The BA flight attendents usualyl know most the passengers by name. It has become the concorde of the 21st century according to some reports.

Same Bussiness travelers fly the route. It is a J/F cabin only on the airbus and i haven't heard of about award seats on it much.....

I dunno would prefer the BA 747 any day........ but it is a nice product. though.
