As far as UA F to SQ/NH C, that might be a tough one. I know many people would automatically go with SQ/NH in C. I suppose it all depends on what your expectations are of the product. With SQ or NH C, the level of service and the soft product
might trump UA F, but UA F has been known to surprise people.. Yes, UA does have some crews that might not make the flight very enjoyable, but they also have some crews that do whatever they can to make your flying experience an enjoyable one.
Personally, I'd try for SQ C>UA F>NH C.
