Any more recent experiences with booking hotels via ac.com and WWTMS? Any different than using any other 3rd party reputable site?

Never used them before and just took a quick look. The prices seem in line but I don't like those cancellation policies--the ones I have been looking at are either totally non-refundable or at least one night's charge for a no show cancelled a day before arrival.

The extra AP miles are a nice bonus and I may consider using them for a last minute booking, but not if the hassles outweigh the benefits.
