Faced with the same dilemma in June, I chose the HIX. I was pleased with the service and accommodations. My decision was based on several factors. Trip advisor ratings seem to favor HIX. HIX is new and is near the airport. Maybe CP is better. It would be interesting to hear from someone who has recently stayed at both.
