I have never stayed at this property on points, but I think the 30,000 points rate is due to the fact that Geneva is a major business/diplomatic destination, but not a major leisure destination. Hotel is pretty quiet on week-ends when points are mainly supposed to be used.

I have always been upgraded to a very nice corner business suite with Lake view. Service is very professional and smiling. Outdoor pool is very pleasant. Location is not central but Geneva is so small it is not an issue.
