Was the flight on UA metal? If so, your status should be updated in 24-48 hours after arrival. On other partners, it can take a few more days.
As for lounge access, once your status is updated you will be able to get UC/RCC access. Without the *G card access to other lounges is iffy.
Status can take a week or so to propagate through the UA system to other to partners.
