I'm PMing with huskergreg to investigate his problem. For anyone else who encounters a problem retrieving a reservation, and would like to help out, could you PM me the following:

1) Are you able to access other functions like search?
2) Are you accessing the reservation from logging in or retreiving with a conf number?
3) What iphone do you have and what is your iOS version?
