Yes, you are correct. If you purchase a Front of the Line (FOL) pass, you will get to use it once for each ride that has FOL access. The hotel keys are good for unlimited uses at all the rides. Also, the hotel keys are good at both parks. You can purchase a FOL pass for both parks, but that costs more than a single park FOL pass.
