This property has been around for a couple of years so it has been under the Hyatt umbrella since the Hotel Sierra acquisition (not sure when that was). Adding the "Raleigh-Durham Airport" suffix may be new though - it's a few miles away from the airport and located right beside Lenovo's North American headquarters.

I've never stayed at the hotel but I've had drinks at the bar a few times and it seems quite nice.
