I've been in Bangkok for 2 days and I haven't seen any signs of water anywhere. Lots of sandbags though. I've been to all the big malls, Chinatown, Khoa San Road, the Grand Palace, Wat Pho and Wat Arun and everything was fine. Lots of tourists around. I'm staying at the Royal Orchid Sheraton and everything is fine around the river.
