Interesting, the first Hyatt in the RDU area. In my experience with hotels around RDU, none of them are particularly distinguishable from the others, except for the Umstead, which I believe is the only luxury hotel (of sorts, service gets flaky somewhat regularly) in North Carolina.

Now if you meant in the RDU area, the Washington Duke Inn on Duke's Campus is billed as a luxury property.
