I wasn't sure what a promotional flight pass offer was, and I guess it seemed too good to be true to get bonus status miles AND eupgrade credits, but now it does seem likely I would get both with the purchase of a NA flight pass.

Thanks for the feedback And yes stoked that the 8 eupgrades won't expire until end of Feb. 2013!
