In general, CP properties are nicer than HIX but in some places the differences may be superficial. In ANC the CP looks to have a bit nicer decor/ furnishings. Th the HIX offers breakfast, not sure what the exec lounge at CP offers (or whether available on weekends.). Both have similar facilities (e.g., indoor pool.) Unless someone with recent experience at these properties can offer info, I'd pick the one closer to what/whom you want to visit or just flip a coin.
