For 3 days in a row, none of my check ins via facebook have registered a response from topguest. I have had to email them after the 24hr window and ask for my points. I don't know what is going on. I have several programs and hotels I check in each day and they have not posted. It all started this past Sunday. Before that, my check in got a response within 5 min with my 50 point posting in my account within 30min. I agree with above response in the fact if topguest is even working.
