True. And I guess that's why it's so depressing to see this. Are we really in such a state that we deserve this? It's pathetic to see the Johnny Norwegian "sticking it to the government" by buying "duty free" alcohol. In reality they're accepting this scheme, this sweet frosting that is wrapping the bitter pill of the nanny state.
