I lived in Boston for 2 years in the 90s. I was paying $1600ish for a really nice 2 bedroom, about 1100 sq ft in Cambridge, walking distance to the red T line and a parking spot too. I know there's been inflation, but come on, I'm sure you can do better than what you're paying now.
