Welcome to FT. As others have suggested, walking is probably the fastest way. When you come out of the terminal, just turn left. LAX is in the shape of a horseshoe and the Bradley International terminal is in the middle. You should check your luggage to the final destination so you don't have to pick it up at LAX. With no luggage, it should not take more than 15 minutes, probably 10 at normal walking speed. Depending on the time of day, it can get pretty congested at TBIT. Many of the TPAC flights leave in the evening.
