To be fair, you flew LAX-CDG on the first day post-strike, which means the crew flew out to LAX a day or two before, under "strike conditions" (i.e., they left CDG during the strike and hence with minimal staffing). Your crew should probably be commended for showing up to work on 10/31 or 11/1!
