Folios Now Available on Hyatt.com
Dear Flyertalkers,
We are excited to announce a new enhancement to Hyatt.com, guests staying at North American Full Service hotels will now be able to retrieve guest folios (bills) in real time via a self-service retrieval form on Hyatt.com.
This service will allow guests to retrieve folios in real time in a PDF formatted folio. Retrieval is available for completed stays beginning the day after checkout, with continued availability for 90 days after checkout. Real time retrieval will be valid for both Hyatt Gold Passport and non-Hyatt Gold Passport guests.
• Hyatt Gold Passport members will have the option of linking to goldpassport.com, where they will be able to retrieve their folio from a list of recently completed reservations, or they will be able to follow the same steps for non-Hyatt Gold Passport guests.
• To get started open hyatt.com/hotelbill. The Retrieve Hotel Bill form will be displayed.
