I've been too many times (unfortunately) when the scrum for breakfast totally destroys the overall impression of this gracious place.

On the other hand we stayed in the Linkwood Suite for one of my wife's more important birthdays last year and they totally spoiled us from the moment we arrived until we departed two days later - it was fabulous!
