At essentially $20/yr. I think it makes sense even if you only travel INTL once or twice a year. On my last flight from NRT-ORD, there were probably 1000 people waiting for immigration and I walked right around them all to an empty GE kiosk.
I fly INTL only 3 - 5 times a year and love GE.
It paid off the entire $100 on my second trip. I made a connection re-entering the US at IAD after arriving late. I would not have made it without GE. My coworkers (who do not have GE) arrived back home 6 hours later than I did.
