not sure about service, but in luxury hotels forum there are reports of properties "child-proofing" private pools. its something you could talk to the property about. but theoretically you might have to be ready to move if it doesnt seem to work out once you arrive. looking at the incoming general manager (hmm) im not sure who you should reach out to to talk about that.
