BTW, I knew "poulet" is chicken, but I wasn't familiar with “poulard”. I saw it on the Lufthansa menu and as it was corn fed, that ruled out plant matter. Sticking with the prefix “poul-“, I suspected it could be a lardy chicken. Imagine my surprise then when I looked it up and found out it was exactly that!
