six senses ran it as destination spa (full board and daily spa treatment) and opened with rates of $2K/nt
crisis led to major rate drop, and presumably owner and six senses disagreed over destination spa
they spent $2MM+ before reopening

2BR villas may have been converted to suites
6 villa enclave with communal area
27K ft2 3BR with 2 adjoining villas

revenue ouch
