Like some of the others, I do not have any issues with the check in process, being a little AR, I always print out my BPs at home or at the hotel, and also sometimes opt for the electronic BP, just in case.

Only complaint I have regarding the boarding process is some of the agents need to speak a little louder, or turn up the mic volume when they are making the announcements, especially in ATL where there is usually a lot of background noise.
