Something I don't understand is that as a contractor with a company badge stating that I'm eligible for gov'n rates and being on a contract with the gov'n stating that we will use the gov'n rates we still run into problems sometimes.

We usually have a corp negotiated rate in place that is either close or lower so it is no big deal.
