This was in July. A manager confirmed it. When I was there the domestic lounge was not yet open but they gave me a lounge invite for a roped off area in a restaurant with food and free coffee/pastry from the restaurant (think like the TG "lounge" at DEL). I think the real domestic lounge should be open by now.

However I was not allowed into the international lounge when flying CX F as a PLT. They said it was only for those flying IT or every other oneworld airline (they all use the IT lounge for paid pax as well).
