I have upcoming flights tomorrow and just noticed on my boarding pass that on the 1st leg I'm in Zone 1 for boarding with exit row seat- what I usually pick. On the connecting flight- there weren't any exit rows available so picked another premium seat. I notice that the boarding pass for flight has Zone 2 boarding.

This is the first time I've been "de-zoned" from Zone 1 as Silver/Elite. I don't think I have been in Zone 2 all year- with any seat I've picked available as premium.

Is this something new? Did DL decide the seat I picked is no longer worthy of being a premium seat?
