A recent change that I appreciate is the new early boarding offered by some GAs - first to military, then to GS.

It never makes much of a difference in the battle-o-the-bins, but I really appreciate nosing past those gate lice who have been standing there for as long as 30 minutes.

Sometimes they just don't get when the GA makes the announcement, it so it's amusing to see the looks on their faces when nosing past them down the uncarpeted lane.
