If your daughter were quote a bit older and hadn't flown F before, then I probably would have said 3. However, at 13 she is probably not that interested (unless of course you think to the contrary), and probably would rather shop, chat with friends, or do whatever 13-year-old girls do nowadays..
2, to me, is the worst option. If your flight is delayed, it will be stressful. If your planned flight is in winter, the risk is much greater. 3 is nice and leisurely. But if you 'need to' get home, it's an extra flight that may add to the risk of being delayed, whether it's option 2 or 3.
So I would be inclined to say Option 1.
However, if you fancy flying F, I recommend choosing 3, not 2, just to reduce the risk of missed connection or being stressed with a tight connection. However, you will need to accept the risk that your wife and daughter will leave you in the CCR to go shopping
