The OP did... Read the OP's post; that is who describes the screener's claim regarding the "rude" passenger. You then said that a passenger in this situation would have an unfavorable police outcome. The OP screener obviously DID care that the person was being "rude," even if you personally claim not to. Again, your arguments are filled with illogic and non-sequitur. Again I'm just noting the blatant persistent misinformation that you persist in posting, not you as a person.

A LEO would not detain an individual for "starting an argument." We don't have a complete description of what happened, unfortunately.

"The way you think it would" is vague, but it would not include LEO's rushing over and somehow detaining the passenger (in the OP situation screening was finished.)
