We are quick too bag the lounges when things aren't up to our 'meticulous', but thought I'd compliment the caterers at AKL dom; compared to this time last year, the quality and variety has improved a lot. Small things like garnishes of tomatoes on top of salads, more meat in the dishes and greater variety are much appreciated^

Last week I worked a 4 hour shift as part of the catering team at AKLI Lounge and have been encouraging the team to lift our service standard. I hope you will start to notice this too. Tray-service instead of trolley-service to clear dishes; water handed out off trays when there is time; wine being topped up. I have already started to receive a few compliments and the team are embracing this higher service standard.
