I can't stress for the Summer 2012 season how GE will save you time based on the flight schedules in front of me.
On average between the 1500-1600 hour for summer 2012 (June, July, August) arriving seats are 3848. The design of the building is 4000/hr. Although this doesn't seem like a lot, the 4000/hr rate is based on using all 68 immigration booths, something that has never happened since the building opened in 1993.
