I know on some places they don't let you live there continuously for more than x period of time - so you can't claim tenant rights. You might want to look at that - and what you would do with your stuff during that time, if you go on vacation, you'd still need to pay your 'home' hotel unless you moved all your stuff out.

Talking of stuff, would you need to sell eg your bed, sofa, tv, etc. what would the loss factor be.

You might also want to look into whether not having a 'real' address but only a c/o hotel might mean for things like getting credit cards etc.

Consider other things like laundry? How easy is it going to be to do, how much is it going to cost you.
