Can you change the FFP# again when you access your booking on M&M/LH.com? When I try doing that with my current US DM booking, my M&M details seem to be in the booking, but the drop-down menu as well as the actual number (of which only the last few digits are shown) is greyed out and I can't change anything.
No idea how it all got in in the first place, though. All I know is that when SQ (first leg of my trip) gave me a printout of my pax details about some unrelated issue, my M&M # (followed by .G; presumeably meaning *G) was in the FQTV line, and my status-less US DM # in the FQTR line.
I don't remember if I tried changing/adding my FFP details on the US reservations website, though I doubt it would have worked that way even if I did!
