Hi Chinatrvl and mnredfox - really appreciate your replies which was really useful! I am staying for 4 nights - the first two nights I booked a Deluxe King Feature and other two nights I am using the weekend night voucher and was only able to book a normal Deluxe King Room. When I called the hotel front desk they mentioned that if I am booked on the Feature room I would be upgraded to the Junior Suite (only Ambassador member) but I am not sure whether they would let me stay on in the same room for the next two days when I am booked on the Deluxe King Room as there was no option for me to book any room using the voucher other than the King Room? They mentioned that they would try not to make guests shift so you think its a risky strategy? The reservations also told me that the period I am visiting in January is a low season and there are no big conventions during the dates which I am visiting. Thanks!
