It does matter to have SEN in the booking, in MUC they pre-check you in and other various minor things that only hard core FTers notice.

I called a phone number in the US to make sure I talked to someone who understood what I wanted and manage to persuade the agent to add my HON number to my US DM booking!

I got to the Servisair lounge in MAN to find I had been pre-checked into the lounge! ^
