It's unbelievable for her! She was trapped in SFO for 8 consecutive days. She was trying to flying out but, she paid $450 her checked bags. Can't you believe this? Airlines is accepting apologizes for cause any inconvenience to her. They gave her fully refunded the money back.
Gee, I would have thought USAir would show some compassion, if nothing else for PR.
