Am attempting to book star alliance redemption through Air Canada's Aeroplan for travel on SQ first - booked in O class.

Have called SQ in Oz to get availability for O class, and have then called Aeroplan with itinerary to book.

For over 10 days now, AC system has been showing PN - no HK has come through.

Any suggestions/experience securing SQ inventory? (also posted in AC forum)
