I've been at least PM since 2007 flying strictly for leisure. This year has been particularly productive for me. I made DM in July and will finish 2011 with just over 190K MQM. No MQM bonuses, credit card or otherwise, but I did get 1.5X for flying J transpacific a couple times this year. My 2010 rollover was about 400 miles. I've missed two upgrades so far this year.
