Would somebody, possibly Gaucho100K, be kind enough as to describe lunch service in the same detailed fashion as the first excellent post? That would be greatly appreciated.

Is it worth spending a half a day less in Singapore for the dinner vs. the lunch? Especially on a short two day first time to SIN trip?
